Which documents are available?
Farm Risk Protection supports farmers with agreements that contain the right language to protect their equipment, livestock and investments. The product helps farmers secure their legacy with comprehensive wills and other estate planning services such as powers of attorney, trusts and healthcare directives. FRP also offers liability waivers, catering and venue rental agreements for farms that hold events. Finally, FRP supports farmers with lease agreements for equipment and purchase agreements / bills of sale for livestock that contain the right language to protect their property.
How do I contact you?
Just select the Contact us link that appears in the header throughout the website. Our team are available to help with log-in and technical requests but cannot assist with legal advice.
How do I find the document I need for my state/region?
When choosing a document to start, the site will default to show you documents for the state or region that your account is registered against, but you can change this by choosing a different state from the pulldown on the right of each page.
Note that the same documents are not always available in every region – sometimes the legislation for that region demands the use of a different document template.
I cannot find the document I need

What is your complaints procedure?
We aim to please - but we know that sometimes things can go wrong. If you have a problem or complaint, please view our complaints procedure. You can also view this by clicking on the link in the footer of all pages across the site.
Using the service
Which web browser do I need?
The website is designed to work in current versions of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome and Safari. Older versions of these browsers are generally fine, but we do always optimize the service for the most modern versions and we recommend that these are used. Note that, due to screen space available, some mobile versions of browsers may offer a reduced set of features from those available on a home PC or laptop.

Why doesn't the document open in my browser?
This may be because of a security setting in your web browser. If you still experience difficulties, please contact our customer service team who will be able to assist you.
How do I print my document?
Once you have logged into the website, visit the 'My Documents' section of the website and open the folder containing the document. Displayed on the right hand side should be all the documents contained within the folder you have opened. Click on 'Download'. This will open the document as a PDF file which you can either save or print.
What is Rapidocs®?
Rapidocs® is our intelligent document automation technology which works by asking you a series of easy-to-answer questions. Based on your answers to these questions, your document is tailored to your circumstances.
Each question is accompanied by explanatory notes designed to provide you with the information needed to answer the question correctly.
I don't understand what a question means or is referring to
Next to each question is a small '?' (question mark) icon that you can click on. A small pop-up window appears containing an explanation of the question and often providing an example. You can hide this explanation by again clicking once on the icon.
How do I submit my document for review by a network attorney?
Legal review is not included as standard with all services, but for those that do, either a 'Submit' or 'Attorney services' button will appear next to the saved entry in your 'My Documents' page. Simply click on that to pass the document over to the network review panel, which can evaluate any charges applicable for reviewing the document, and who will contact you if they feel they need any clarification.
